The Postgraduate School of LASU is set to hold a One-Day Webinar on the Fundamentals of Research Writing on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (WAT). The webinar will take place via Zoom and is open to all postgraduate students, academics, and researchers eager to improve their research writing skills.

The Postgraduate School of Lagos State University (LASU) is set to hold a One-Day Webinar on the Fundamentals of Research Writing on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (WAT). The webinar will take place via Zoom and is open to all postgraduate students, academics, and researchers eager to improve their research writing skills.
The session, hosted by Prof. Ibrahim Olateju, Dean of the Postgraduate School, will feature prominent speakers who are experts in academic research and writing. The Vice Chancellor of LASU, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello, mni, NPOM, will serve as the Chief Host for the event.
The webinar will cover the following key topics:
- "Writing a Publishable Paper" by Prof. Mutiu Kazeem.
- "Ethics and Language of Academic Writing" by Dr. Ganiu Bamgbose.
- "The LASU Postgraduate School Journal: In-House Style and Guidelines" by Dr. Onipepe Wusu.
This interactive event will provide attendees with essential insights and techniques for crafting impactful research papers, ensuring adherence to academic standards, and understanding the ethical dimensions of research writing.
