Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) The Biotechnology and Resource Recovery Research group wins Raw Materials Research and Development Council RMRDC grant.
The Biotechnology and Resource Recovery Research Group of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, led by Professor Mujidat Omolara Aremu, of the Department of Chemical Engineering, this evening received a letter of grant from the Raw Materials Research and Development Council.
The letter addressed to the Acting Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Rasaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, was in turn presented to members of the group.
It announced monetary value of #3,500,000, to enable the Group work on "Production of Food Colourants from Green Natural Resources.
Other members of the Research Group are:
Professor Dauda Olurotimi Araromi, Professor Moruf Olanrewaju Oke and Dr. Kazeem Kolapo Salam.
