Nasiru Danu Foundation Extends Ramadan Generosity to University of Abuja Students with Noodle Donations
In a ceremony held at the Senate Chamber of UNIABUJA, Alhaji Danu presented the noodles to the Vice-Chancellor, AbdulRasheed Na’Allah, expressing his intention to continue supporting indigent students throughout Ramadan. He highlighted the importance of giving back to society, citing Islamic teachings on charity and the current socio-economic challenges facing many Nigerians.

Alhaji Nasiru Danu, Chairman/CEO of the Nasiru Danu Foundation, demonstrated his commitment to philanthropy by donating 500 cartons of noodles to the students of the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) in the spirit of Ramadan. This gesture follows a similar donation to students of the Federal University, Dutse, Jigawa State.

He noted the rise in noodle prices and the impact on daily meals for many Nigerians, further motivating the foundation's efforts to provide essential food items.
In response, Vice-Chancellor Na’Allah expressed gratitude for the timely assistance, acknowledging the university's limited capacity to support all students in need. He assured proper distribution of the donated noodles to alleviate the food insecurity experienced by some students and urged more public-spirited individuals to collaborate with universities to address societal challenges.
Alhaji Nasiru Danu's philanthropic initiative reflects a broader call for collective action to uplift vulnerable members of society, reaffirming the role of private and institutional partnerships in driving positive change.
