Admission Requirements

To be eligible for ND programs, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. A minimum of five O'Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, and any three relevant subjects related to the chosen field of study.

2. A minimum score of 100 in the UTME examination.

For HND programs, the requirements are:

1. A minimum of five O'Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, and any three relevant subjects related to the chosen field of study.

2. Candidates must have graduated with at least a lower credit from the same department or a related department in an ND program, with evidence of one year of industrial training (I.T.) or a pass grade with evidence of two years of I.T.

3. Full-time admission must be fully signed by the organization.

Application Process

Prospective students are required to obtain the JAMB Form (costing 5K) and ND/HND Form (10K) online at www.nictm.edu.ng or at admissions division of the Polytechnic. Part-time programs are also available, but candidates must register as part-time students with JAMB and be offered admission by JAMB upon which the institution will process their admission.
