The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has directed its Study Centre Directors to install suggestion/complaint boxes at all study centres nationwide.

This initiative, in line with the directives from SERVICOM Presidency, aims to enhance service delivery, encourage innovation, and provide problem-solving solutions. The boxes will be placed in convenient and visible locations, allowing students and staff to provide feedback on service delivery, operations, and the overall environment.
