The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has directed its Study Centre Directors to install suggestion/complaint boxes at all study centres nationwide.
This initiative, in line with the directives from SERVICOM Presidency, aims to enhance service delivery, encourage innovation, and provide problem-solving solutions. The boxes will be placed in convenient and visible locations, allowing students and staff to provide feedback on service delivery, operations, and the overall environment.
The introduction of these boxes demonstrates NOUN's commitment to improving its services and fostering a culture of openness and transparency. By encouraging feedback, the university aims to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that benefit its students and staff.
