Nigerian Maritime University Announces Post-UTME Screening for 2025-2026 Academic Session
The Nigerian Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, has invited candidates who made the University their first choice in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 160 to apply for the Post-UTME screening exercise.

Method of Application
Eligible candidates are to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 via the University’s online portal.
Online Registration and Payment Instructions:
- Visit nmu.edu.ng and click on the e-portal link.
- Select Admission Forms link.
- Choose the applicable admission form type (Post-UTME).
- Click on the MAKE PAYMENT NOW button to make payment.
- Payment can be made online using an ATM card or Internet Banking.
- After payment, return to the online portal and click on Register to obtain login credentials to complete your registration.
- Print out the 2025/2026 Screening Exercise Slip.
Requirements:
- Minimum UTME score of 160.
- Five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects.
- Candidates must fill the Bio-Data Form correctly online.
The University stated that there is no need for candidates to upload O’Level results, passport photographs, or biometric data, as these have already been supplied by JAMB.
Candidates who fail to register for the Post-UTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission.
Closing Date for Registration: Friday, 22nd August, 2025.
