NUBESS President FULAFIA Chapter Commends Gov. A.A. Sule for Supporting Benue State Students

The President of the National Union of Benue State Students (NUBESS), Federal University of Lafia chapter, Comrade Abeen Sekegh Sylvester, has expressed heartfelt gratitude to Nasarawa State Governor, Engineer Abdullahi A. Sule, for his intervention in the educational pursuit of Benue State students.

The governor's palliative funds donation and distribution of 8,000 bags of rice to students, including over 500 Benue State students, were acknowledged and commended by the NUBESS president.
The president praised the governor's benevolent spirit, describing it as a praiseworthy gesture. He also announced plans to pay a solidarity visit to the governor to convey the appreciation of Benue State students.

The NUBESS president's commendation statement reads: "On behalf of myself, the Executive Council of NUBESS, and Benue State students at Federal University Lafia, I extend my appreciation to you, the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, and your cabinet members for prioritising the welfare of Nigerian students."
The Chief Press Secretary, Bem Aondongu Raphael, signed the statement on July 14, 2024.
