NUC Approves Bachelor of Science in Nursing Programme for Baze University
This approval follows a resource verification visit conducted by a panel of experts who evaluated the human and material resources available at Baze University for the programme.

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has officially approved the establishment of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) programme at Baze University, Abuja.
The approval was communicated through a letter dated September 17, 2024, signed by Abubakar M. Girei, Acting Director of Academic Planning, on behalf of the Acting Executive Secretary of the NUC, Chris J. Maiyaki.
This approval follows a resource verification visit conducted by a panel of experts who evaluated the human and material resources available at Baze University for the programme.
The NUC has granted approval for the full-time mode of the BScN Nursing Science programme, which will begin at the university’s main campus in the 2024/2025 academic session.
