OAU Students Visit ECOWAS Liaison Office for Insight on West African Democracy
The Liaison Office used this visit to educate the students on the ECOWAS Commission's role in promoting economic, social, and political integration and stability in the sub-region.
On June 5, 2024, 300-level International Relations students from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, visited the ECOWAS Liaison Office in Lagos.
This visit was a part of their curriculum, aimed at awarding a BSc. Degree in International Relations, and focused on their 2024 field trip theme, "Military Intervention in Politics and the Future of Democracy in West Africa."
