One dead as Building Roof Collapses In Taraba State University

Scaffolding for roof main truss collapsed in TSU, leading to one fatality with no injuries to other persons on site.

An eyewitness told Taraba News that "We pulled out the victim to the clinic only to be confirmed dead by the doctor on the ground"

He told our Correspondent that The truss completely broke the victim chest and back, so the impact was huge.

The site the incident happened is a Proposed *Multi Purpose Hall" been Constructed by the Taraba State Government, Close to former Mass Communication Department located opposite the University Senate building.

According to the report, the victim came from Kaduna to install the "specially made" roof.

His corpse has been deposited at FMC MORTUARY
