Outgoing ABU VC Prof. Kabir Bala Hails Protection of University Assets

Professor Kabir Bala, the 12th Vice-Chancellor of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, has been praised for his efforts in protecting the university's assets. During his tenure, he successfully fought against attempts by powerful individuals to grab the university's land in Kaduna.

Professor Bala emphasized the importance of preserving the university's assets, which were handed over by the institution's founders. He stated that if the university cannot add to its assets, the least it can do is protect them. His leadership and commitment to safeguarding the university's interests have been widely acknowledged.
