Comr. Agbo Emmanuel Shaibu, the Students’ Union Government (SUG) President of Prince Abubakar Audu University (PAAU), was recently honored to attend the 65th Annual Conference of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES). The prestigious event took place at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre in Abuja.
The conference, themed “Socio-Economic Development in Nigeria: Imperatives, Implications, and Impacts,” brought together a distinguished assembly of Nigeria's leading economists, policy makers, government officials, media experts, industry leaders, and members of the Nigerian Economics Students Association (NESA).
Comr. Shaibu described the experience as an invaluable opportunity to gain insights from leading experts, engage with peers from across the country, and deepen his understanding of Nigeria's current economic landscape.
