Sokoto State University Announces Student Credentials Verification Exercise

Sokoto State University has announced a credentials verification exercise for all undergraduate students in levels III and II (Direct Entry only) for the 2023/2024 academic session.
The exercise will take place from Monday, July 1, 2024, to Thursday, July 18, 2024.

The verification committee will visit all faculties according to the following schedule:
- Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Social and Management Sciences (Team A): July 1-11, 2024
- Faculty of Education (Team B): July 1-11, 2024
- Faculty of Science: July 15-18, 2024

Students are required to present the following documents:
- Original SSCE certificates and photocopies
- Original certificates and photocopies of Diploma, NCE, and IJMB for DE students
- Original 'A' level certificates for Direct Entry students who were stepped down to UGI at the point of entry
The exercise will take place daily from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Mondays to Thursdays only.
The university management urges all affected students to comply with the verification exercise.
