- Recent Passport Photograph

- Valid ID Card (NIN slip, voter’s card, birth certificate, or international passport)

- 2023 UTME Result with a minimum score of 250

- Minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English Language) in O’Level (WAEC, NECO, or GCE) with a valid Statement of Result or Certificate
