Student Threatens Lawsuit Against Achievers University Over Alleged Fake Admission

A 200-level Law student of Achievers University, Owo, Ondo State, Akinlolu Richard Omisade, has threatened to sue the institution for N500 million over alleged fake admission. Omisade claims that the university offered him admission without presenting his details to the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for verification.

According to Omisade's lawyer, Abdulfatai Abdulsalam, the university allegedly failed to forward his client's details to JAMB, resulting in his name not being found on the JAMB portal for law admission. The lawyer described the admission offered to Omisade as "fake" and accused the university of negligence.
