In his address, Rt. Comr. Phillip Achagwa applauded Prof. Bako's effort towards an effective developmental goals and many other accomplishments. 

Speaking on behalf of the NANS leadership, Rt. Comr. Achagwa also added that, the unprecedented developmental strides put in place is the best bar none.

Speaking after the commendation, the recipient of the award, Prof. Sunday Paul Bako appreciated the forum for identifying him. Judging by the assessment of the forum, "I am grateful to the Almighty God for given us the grace and directions to achieved these very little and within the shortest time that we came onboard." Adding that, the award will only trigger a more sense of responsibility and serve as a source of encouragement on the management of TSUJ.
