UDUS releases notice on printing & stamping of e-Examination Cards for 1st semester, 2022/2023

As monitored by myschoolnews,the management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) directed all students of the Varsity, through their class representatives, to print out their electronic examination cards for the first semester 2022/2023 academic session examinations, as it is required to enter the examination halls.

This information was disclosed in an internal memorandum sent from the office of the Vice-Chancellor, through the examinations monitoring committee (EMC) and signed by the chairman of the committee, Professor Yahaya T. Baba.

The students are, however, asked to print their e-Examinations card from their students portal, and guidelines on the submission for stamping processes have been listed for the class representatives, as the list of the examination monitoring committee members responsible for stamping the cards for various faculties is attached with the memorandum. 

Part of the memorandum reads: “Students are instructed to print their examination cards through their portal in the University database generated during the course of registration.

“The following guidelines and schedules should be adhered to: 

RECOMMENDED FOR YOU: UNILAG Faculty of Pharmacy to Honor Prof. Silva and Dr. Adeluola in Retirement Programme

i. Printing of e-Examination Cards- from Saturday 15th to Tuesday 18th of July, 2023. 

ii. Submission of Cards to Examination Monitors (Members of Examinations Monitoring Committee, through the Class Representatives in your Faculty) from Monday 17th to Saturday 24th of July, 2023.

iii. Collection of Stamped Examination Cards- from Thursday 20th to Monday 24th of July, 2023.”

The Chairman of the Examinations Monitoring Committee also advised students to contact the Director, Examinations and Registration, if they encounter any challenges with their course registrations. 

“Students that have challenges with registration are advised to contact the Director, Examinations and Registration as soon as possible,” the memorandum stated.
