The University of Lagos (UNILAG) is gearing up to host a significant event featuring a public lecture by Ms. Ahunna Eziakonwa, the Regional Director (Africa) and Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2024, at 10:00 am, the lecture will take place at the Senate Chamber, Second Floor, Senate House, UNILAG.

Ms. Eziakonwa’s lecture aims to explore Nigeria’s potential as a leading economic powerhouse in Africa, driving growth, innovation, and prosperity across the continent. In addition to the public lecture, Ms. Eziakonwa will officiate the ground-breaking ceremony for UNILAG’s new initiative, the UNIPOD (UNILAG Policy and Development Hub).
