Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) has made available application forms for its Home Renovation Loan to eligible members of staff at the University of Lagos (UNILAG).

The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) has made available application forms for its Home Renovation Loan to eligible members of staff at the University of Lagos (UNILAG). The loan, valued at one million naira (N1,000,000) with a six percent interest rate, is now accessible to UNILAG employees registered with the FMBN.
This development follows an interactive session held on September 26, 2024, between UNILAG staff and FMBN representatives. Interested employees can obtain the application form from Room 242 at the Human Resource Management Directorate (HRMD) in Senate House, UNILAG.
Applicants must meet specific requirements, including providing an NHF Participation Number, recent payslips, proof of identity, and a certified bill of quantities for renovation. Additionally, applicants need two guarantors with valid identification and verifiable income.
