The University of Lagos (UNILAG) Quality Assurance and SERVICOM Unit has announced a series of events to mark the International Customer Service Week (ICSW), scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, and Thursday, October 10, 2024.
Observed globally in the first week of October each year, ICSW celebrates excellence in service delivery. UNILAG’s activities for the 2024 celebration will include:
Day 1: Wednesday, October 9, 2024
Awareness Walk: Starting from Senate House at 9 AM.
Indoor Sports Games: At 12 noon at the UNILAG Sports Centre.
Day 2: Thursday, October 10, 2024
Stakeholders’ Forum and Award & Prize Giving Ceremony: To be held at J. F. Ade Ajayi Auditorium at 10 AM.
Members of the university community are invited to participate in the events aimed at promoting and appreciating outstanding customer service within the institution.
