UNIOSUN Opens Portal for 2025/2026 Freshers Screening Exercise

The Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has announced the commencement of its 2025/2026 Undergraduate Freshers Screening Exercise, outlining the mandatory requirements for candidates seeking to open their students’ portal.

According to the Registrar’s Office, candidates are required to present the following documents in two complete sets for portal access:

1. O’Level Certificate or Online Result Slip
2. Completed UNIOSUN Undergraduate Screening Application Form (both pages)
3. UNIOSUN Screening Result Slip
4. JAMB UTME Result Slip or Direct Entry (DE) Slip, along with DE ‘A’ Level Result
5. UNIOSUN Provisional Admission Slip
6. UNIOSUN Acceptance Clearance Form, duly signed and dated
7. JAMB Admission Letter
8. Medical Form Record
9. Local Government Certificate of Origin
10. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
11. Osun State 2025 Tax Clearance Certificate
12. Attestation Letter addressed to the UNIOSUN Registrar (1 Original, 1 Photocopy)
13. One Passport Photograph with name written at the back
14. Hostel Payment Slip

Candidates are strictly advised to arrange all documents in the order listed above and ensure that all originals are only for sighting; submission of original documents is prohibited. Additionally, the university emphasized that candidates will not have access to any documents submitted for the screening process.

The Director, Directorate of Admissions and Student Records, Mrs. Funke Alabi, stressed the importance of keeping photocopies of all documents for future registration and advised candidates to comply fully to avoid delays during portal activation.

The screening exercise forms part of UNIOSUN’s effort to streamline admission procedures and ensure proper verification of all prospective students for the 2025/2026 academic session.
