The Management of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has disclosed that the University is set to commence Open Distance and e-learning, Myschoolnews report.
The University of Port Harcourt gets the nod of the National Universities Commission to commence Open distance and e-learning degree program. This is sequel to the visit by the NUC team to the University in August 2023.
This is a realization of the desire of the University to expand access to university education for a vast majority of Nigerians who for one reason or another are unable to do full on-site studies. This is by mode of blended study.
