UNIUYO FAMSSA Issues Guidelines for Course Form Signing
The Directorate of Information of the Faculty of Management Sciences Students’ Association (FAMSSA), University of Uyo Chapter, has issued an official notice detailing the requirements for the signing of course forms at the Faculty Office.
The Directorate of Information of the Faculty of Management Sciences Students’ Association (FAMSSA), University of Uyo Chapter, has issued an official notice detailing the requirements for the signing of course forms at the Faculty Office.
The notice, signed by Vincent Mark, Director of Information, calls on all newly admitted students (Year 1 and Direct Entry) to strictly follow the outlined procedures to ensure a smooth and seamless registration process.
Students are required to compile a file containing the following:

- School Fees Receipt – One (1) copy, duly stamped and signed.
- Course Forms – Four (4) original copies.
- Dues Receipts – Official receipts for both Faculty and Departmental dues.
- Constitution Receipt – Proof of payment for the Faculty Constitution.
Before proceeding to the Faculty Office for final stamping, students must ensure that their course forms are duly signed by the Departmental Examination Officer and the Head of Department (HOD).
The association stressed the importance of adherence to these procedures and urged all students to cooperate fully to avoid delays in the registration process.
