YABATECH Partners with Ounje Eko to Showcase Nigerian Culinary Heritage

The Rector of Yaba College of Technology (YabaTech) has announced an exciting collaboration between the institution and Ounje Eko, a culinary initiative designed to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Nigerian cuisine. This unique partnership aims to highlight Nigeria's diverse culinary traditions while fostering creativity and entrepreneurship among students.
The Ounje Eko program is set to take place every Friday on the YabaTech campus from September 20th to October 25th, 2024. Each session will feature traditional dishes from various regions of Nigeria, providing participants with an immersive experience in food, culture, and business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
According to the Rector, this initiative aligns with YabaTech's commitment to offering practical experiences that equip students with essential skills for the real world.
