According to the institution, candidates must present the following documents, both in original and photocopy forms, during the physical screening at Yabatech:
- Clearance Slip
- Bio Data Form
- SSCE Result/Verification Slip
- SSCE Result/Certificate Submitted for Verification
- UTME Result Printout
- Post UTME Screening Result
- JAMB Admission Letter
- Secondary School Testimonial
- Acceptance Fee Receipt
- Medical Screening Receipt
- Reference Letter 1
- Reference Letter 2
- Birth Certificate (from National Population Commission or Local Government)
