AAU SUG issues notice on school fees payment

The Executive of the Student Union Government (SUG) of the Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma has issued notice on school fees and other portal related issues, Myschoolnews report.

We are pleased to share updates regarding school fees and other issues related to the Kofa platform. The resolutions to these issues are promising, with areas of improvement clearly outlined. We are confident that our recent actions will effectively restore normal operations. Here are the resolutions for these specific issues:

1. THE ACADEMIC SESSION ROLL OVER: The University's Kofa system has been updated to address current Kofa-related issues such as school fee payments not reflecting, and unsuccessful yet debited school fee payments, among other problems. We assure you that all Kofa-related issues will be resolved.

2. BANK AND POS SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT: Students who paid school fees through the bank or the University POS are required to visit their respective Faculty Accountants to obtain a school fees receipt. A photocopy of this receipt should be made and attached to the POS slip or the bank slip. The photocopy of the receipt should include the student's name, matriculation number, and E10/E11 session. Please identify the payment method as either first installment, second installment or full installment. For bank payments, the transaction ID should be clearly written at the top, to facilitate tracking and uploading on Kofa.

3. UNSUCCESSFUL BUT DEBITED SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT: Students who paid through the portal but encountered issues are encouraged to be patient. All payments will be retrieved and reflected in Kofa. Please note that we are currently only addressing the issues of those who sent details to the designated email for rectification.

4. COURSE REGISTRATION: Students without pending issues who have not paid their fees for the last session can do so and register their courses on or before the given deadline of 31st August, 2023. Please remember to take your payment slip to the ICT office for course addition. The courses you are adding should be within your course registration limit.
