ADUSTECH Alumnus Professor Salisu Mamman Abdulrahman Achieves Prestigious Rank of Full Professor

Professor Salisu Mamman Abdulrahman, a distinguished academic in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, has made history by becoming the first member of the Kano University of Science and Technology (KUST) Wudil Alumni to attain the rank of full Professor.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and currently serves as a professor at KUST, Wudil.

Prof. Abdulrahman's research focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, and software modeling. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed papers, including works on UML model matching and algorithm selection, which have accumulated citations on Google Scholar and ResearchGate. His scholarly output and impact are recorded in academic indexes and profiles, showcasing his research influence.

At KUST, Prof. Abdulrahman has held various faculty and leadership roles, including Dean of the Faculty of Computing and Mathematical Sciences. He has contributed significantly to curriculum development, graduate supervision, and institutional AI initiatives.
