Alex Ekwueme Federal University Receives First NELFUND Disbursement

The Vice-Chancellor of Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State, Prof. Sunday O. Elom, has announced the receipt of the first batch disbursement of ₦193,377,100.00 under the NELFUND Student Loan Programme.
The funds, dated September 18, 2024, are allocated to support 1,068 students at the university. This disbursement represents a crucial step in providing financial assistance to students through the NELFUND initiative.
Prof. Elom expressed appreciation for the funding, which is expected to significantly aid students in covering their educational expenses.
