The Vice Chancellor of Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Wudil, Kano, has returned to Nigeria after successfully completing the Hajj pilgrimage in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
He arrived at Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport on June 22, 2025, having observed Eid-el-Kabir while abroad.
The VC is set to resume his duties at the university, which has reconvened after the first semester break. Notably, he is also preparing for his upcoming Turbaning Ceremony as Sarkin Kudun Gaya, a title conferred upon him by the Emir of Gaya during his pilgrimage.
