Professor Nwabueze, a former Minister of Education and renowned constitutional lawyer, passed away at the age of 94, leaving behind a profound legacy.

Governor Soludo, speaking at the funeral ceremony held in honor of the late professor, extended his condolences to the family and community of Atani-Ogbaru Council area. He emphasized the indelible mark left by Professor Nwabueze, describing him as a legend whose influence will endure for generations.

A stalwart in Igbo socio-cultural affairs, Professor Nwabueze served as the Secretary-General of Ohaneze Ndigbo for an unprecedented 26 years. Additionally, he was a distinguished constitutional law expert and a fervent advocate for the restructuring of Nigeria.

The event was attended by various prominent figures, including the Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Commissioner for Information, senators, traditional rulers, and community leaders, among others.
