Myschoolnews reports Rivers State NYSC Coordinator, Mr. George Mfongang stated this today during the Closing Ceremony of SAED in camp training and inter-platoon competition for 2023 Batch B Stream 2 Corps Members deployed to Rivers State.
Speaking further, Mr. Mfongang expressed delight with the huge interest and enthusiasm shown by the Corps Members to learn a particular skill and become stakeholders in driving the nation's economic growth and development.
Concluding, Mr. Mfongang used the opportunity to appreciate the SAED Master trainers and facilitators who have shown great commitment and toiled hard to positively impact on the lives of the Corps Members.
He assured of the support of the NYSC top Management, his office, the State SAED officer, field officers in the Zonal/Local Government offices as well as funding institutions such as CBN, Bank of Industry, Credit Direct amongst others to help them at all times to achieve their business potentials and become employers of labor.
In her address, the SAED Officer of the State, Mrs. Chinedu Chilaka expressed delight with the Corps Members for their active participation throughout the duration of the training.
She thanked the State Coordinator and all camp officials whose hands remained on deck directing the energy and focus of the Corps Members to take the training very seriously.
At the end of inter-platoon SAED competition, 7 platoon took the 1st position, 5 platoon 2nd while 9 platoon took 3rd.
