EDSU: Oshioke Osikwemeh Emerges Best Graduating Student in Medical Laboratory Science

Israel Oshioke Osikwemeh from Iyuku-Uzairue has made history by graduating as the best student in Medical Laboratory Science at Edo State University, Uzairue.

Admitted under the Indigent Scholarship program in the 2019/2020 academic year, he achieved First Class honours.

In his valedictory speech, Israel expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the scholarship, stating, “The financial support allowed me to focus solely on my studies and pursue my passion without distraction.” He also thanked his mother for her unwavering support and acknowledged the guidance of his lecturers.
