Federal University of Kashere Appoints New Chief Security Officer and Security Team

The Students' Representative Council (SRC) President of the Federal University of Kashere, Comr. Sahabo Abdulkadir, has appointed Cmrd. Auwal Faisal Dayyab as the new Chief Security Officer (CSO) alongside a 15-member security team.

The appointment, announced on December 19, 2024, aims to enhance the safety and security of SRC activities and the university community. Cmrd. Dayyab expressed gratitude and pledged to work diligently in his acceptance speech.

The newly appointed security team includes Muhammad Muhammad Usman as Second in Command, Abubakar Muhammad as Escort Commander, and Safiyya Abdullahi as Special Adviser to the CSO. Other notable appointments include Musa Adamu Masad as Provost and Ammar Bello Muhammad as PRO to the Office of the CSO.

Comr. Abdulkadir congratulated the appointees and urged them to work with dedication and integrity. The team has been tasked with implementing measures to maintain campus safety and support student activities.
