The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Independent Electoral Committee (FUNIEC) has announced the lifting of the ban on electoral campaigns for the 2024/2025 Student Union elections. This pivotal decision, effective immediately, permits all political aspirants to commence their campaigns and fully engage in the upcoming electoral process.

Alongside this announcement, the sale of nomination forms has begun. Aspiring candidates can acquire these forms directly from the FUNIEC website. The nomination form fees are structured as follows:

  • Vice President: N30,000
  • General Secretary: N30,000
  • Director of Socials: N30,000
  • Director of Welfare & Business: N30,000

  • Public Relations Officer: N20,000
