Kano State High Court Restrains Government Action Against Private Schools

The court order specifically restrains the government and its agents from taking any steps related to a notice titled "REMINDER FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH KANO STATE LAW 2014" issued to the applicants. The matter has been adjourned to November 21, 2023, for further proceedings.
