The Role of Managing Director

The Managing Director will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of both LASU Ventures Ltd. and LASU Consult Ltd., reporting to the boards of both companies. The position demands a visionary leader with exceptional administrative and managerial skills. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, managing investments, executing business strategies, overseeing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates are expected to have a minimum of a good honors degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration, with an MBA and membership in relevant professional bodies such as ICAN, CIS, or NIMARK. The candidate should also have at least 15 years of cognate experience in managing investment portfolios, with five years in a government-owned or university-affiliated investment company. The ideal candidate must possess strong financial acumen, leadership capabilities, and a track record of managing mixed asset investments.
