Professor Daodu further advised students to conduct themselves responsibly throughout their industrial attachment, noting that they are ambassadors of the University. He reminded them that SIWES supervisors could visit their places of attachment at any time and warned that any act of misconduct would attract appropriate disciplinary measures.

Representing the Registrar, Mrs. Sobulo Oluwabukola, encouraged the students to maintain exemplary conduct and uphold the good image of LASUED wherever they are posted.

He encouraged participants to pay close attention, stressing that the knowledge gained would broaden their understanding and give them a competitive advantage in the labour market.
The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Area Manager, Badagry Area Office, Mrs. Stella Bayere, delivered a presentation on the concept, objectives, and relevance of SIWES. She explained the role of ITF in ensuring the successful implementation of the scheme and urged students to maximise the opportunity.
