Lagos State University of Education (LASUED), formerly Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, marked a significant milestone on Friday, July 19, 2024, as the last set of full-time National Certificate in Education (NCE) students graduated. The institution has transitioned to university status, operating campuses in Oto/Ijanikin and Odo-Noforija, Epe.

Professor Bidemi Bilkis Lafiaji-Okuneye, the immediate past Provost of the legacy college and now Vice-Chancellor of LASUED, congratulated the graduates and urged them to uphold the institution's values. She emphasized the importance of continuing their academic journey beyond the NCE qualification, highlighting the university's conducive learning environment and skilled faculty dedicated to nurturing future leaders.

Professor Lafiaji-Okuneye encouraged the graduates to enroll in LASUED's degree programs, underscoring the institution's commitment to excellence and its mission to develop world-class professionals.
