Northwest University Holds Emotional Farewell for Outgoing Vice Chancellor, Professor Mukhtar Atiku Kurawa

The Northwest University community recently bid farewell to its outgoing Vice Chancellor, Professor Mukhtar Atiku Kurawa, in a ceremony marked by solidarity and appreciation for his transformative leadership.

Professor Kurawa's tenure was characterized by remarkable academic progress and infrastructural development.

Professor Ahmad Jibril Suleiman, Dean of the Faculty of Law, attended the farewell ceremony, demonstrating solidarity and respect among the university's academic leadership. Other dignitaries were also present to appreciate Professor Kurawa's contributions to the institution.

As a renowned academic and administrator, Professor Kurawa brings extensive experience to his roles. He holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Bristol and has served in various capacities, including Rector of Kano State Polytechnic and Vice Chancellor of Yusuf Maitama Sule University .
