OYSCATECH Appoints Modupe Aderemi Ogundapo as Substantive Bursar
Mr. Modupe Aderemi Ogundapo has been appointed as the substantive Bursar for Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH), Igboora.

In a recent development, Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH), Igboora, has appointed Mr. Modupe Aderemi Ogundapo as its substantive Bursar. The announcement was made through a letter signed by Prof. Lateef Sanni, Chairman of the Governing Council of the institution.
Mr. Ogundapo's appointment, effective from 26th April 2024, follows the approval by the Honourable Commissioner for Education Science and Technology, Prof. Salihu Abdulwaheed Adelabu. He is mandated to serve a single term of four years in this capacity.
Having previously held the position in an acting capacity since January 2023, Mr. Ogundapo brings a wealth of experience to his new role. Hailing from Ogbomoso North Local Government Area of Oyo State, he is a distinguished alumnus of Adeniran Memorial Grammar School, Ogbomoso.
With a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, Mr. Ogundapo graduated with First Class honors in Accounting in 2011. Additionally, he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot-Osurua, between 1999 and 2001.

Mr. Ogundapo's professional journey includes notable stints in both the public and private sectors, including positions at Bolakol Communications and K.S Motels. Joining OYSCATECH in October 2008 as a Senior Accountant, he rose through the ranks to become Deputy Bursar in 2017.
An accomplished scholar, Mr. Ogundapo has co-published two books, "Fundamentals of Accounting 1" and "Fundamentals of Cost Accounting 1". He has also contributed significantly to the institution's progress by serving on various committees and as the acting Head of the Accountancy department.
As a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Fellow Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria (CICN), Mr. Ogundapo's expertise and dedication to his field are evident. He is married to Mrs. Olufunke Ogundapo, and their union is blessed with children.
The Rector, Prof. Akinola Akinlabi, along with the Management and the Governing Council Chairman, Prof. Lateef Sanni, have extended their congratulations to Mr. Ogundapo on his appointment.
