Ifunaya Miracle, a recent UNIZIK graduate, died after a TikTok prank gone wrong. This development sparks calls for responsible social media behavior.
The Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) community is mourning the loss of Ifunaya Miracle, a recent graduate from the Department of Quantity Surveying. Miracle tragically lost her life in an accident, which occurred as a result of a TikTok prank.
The accident, which happened a few days ago, has left the university and her family in deep sorrow. Miracle, along with another female student, boarded a Keke (a local form of transportation) that was occupied by individuals engaging in a prank. During the journey, the pranksters suddenly demanded that the students drop their cellphones in the moving Keke. In a panic, the other student jumped out, sustaining various injuries, while Miracle tragically leaped out right in front of a large trailer, resulting in her immediate death.
