The institution has outlined mandatory rules and requirements that must be strictly followed to ensure a smooth and orderly examination process.
Below is the full set of guidelines:
- CBT examinations will proceed as scheduled. Students must keep track of the official timetable and arrive at the venue early.
- No late entry will be permitted. Once the exam window closes, access to the hall is strictly barred.
- Only coloured course registration forms—printed directly from the University Portal and bearing a passport photograph—will be accepted.
- A valid and current University ID card is compulsory for entry into the examination hall.
- Any form of forgery or alteration of official documents, including ID cards and registration forms, will attract disciplinary sanctions.
- The following items are prohibited inside the CBT Centre: bags, mobile phones, wallets, earphones, wristwatches, jewelry, and any similar personal effects. Students are advised to come with only essential exam materials.
- Where necessary, only wooden pencils will be allowed for use.
- All existing examination regulations and dress codes remain fully in force. Students must dress decently and comply with instructions issued by exam officials.
