UNIPORT Releases 2024/2025 Admission List on JAMB CAPS

The University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has commenced the uploading of its admission list for the 2024/2025 academic session on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board's Central Admission Processing System (JAMB CAPS).

Candidates who participated in the institution’s recently concluded admission screening exercise can now check their admission status online.

How to Check Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

Candidates can easily access their admission status by following these steps:

1. Visit the official JAMB e-facility portal at [https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng]

2. Log in with your registered email address and password.

3. Select "Check Admission Status."

4. Click on "Access My CAPS."

5. Finally, click on "Admission Status" to confirm if you have been offered admission.

Next Steps for Admitted Candidates

Once admission is confirmed, candidates must either “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” the offer. Candidates who accept the admission are encouraged to begin preparations for the next steps, including clearance and registration at the university. Those who choose to reject the offer can still await the possibility of other institutions offering them admission through JAMB CAPS.
