17-Year-Old Prodigy, Hannah Pearson, Graduates US University and Set to Become Licensed Teacher at 19

In an extraordinary achievement, 17-year-old Hannah Pearson has graduated from Robeson Community College in the United States, earning an Associate Degree in Arts and positioning herself to become a licensed teacher by the age of 19.

Hannah, hailing from Robeson County, North Carolina, accomplished the remarkable feat of completing her associate's degree at the same time she received her high school diploma from Fairmont High School. Undeterred by her youth, she has already enrolled at the University of North Carolina, Pembroke, with aspirations to graduate by the age of 19, majoring in Elementary Education.

As the valedictorian of her class, Hannah stands out as the sole graduate from Fairmont High School to earn an associate degree concurrently with her high school graduation.

Expressing her passion for education, Hannah revealed that her mother, a dedicated teacher of 28 years, served as a significant inspiration. She recalled shadowing her mother's teaching career, fostering a deep admiration for the impact educators can make on young lives.

Driven by her desire to follow in her mother's footsteps, Hannah is pursuing a career in teaching. She emphasized her love for learning and the joy derived from exploring new information. As a participant in North Carolina's Career and College Promise Program (CCP), which offers free education, Hannah was able to accumulate an impressive 60 college credits during high school.
