In a recent development, Abia State University (ABSU) has announced a significant update to its examination schedule for the ongoing 2023/2024 academic session. The Vice-Chancellor and Chairman of Senate, Professor Onyemachi M. Ogbulu, disclosed that the commencement date for the First Semester examinations has been rescheduled.

Originally planned to start on Tuesday, 16th July 2024, the examinations will now commence on Tuesday, 13th August 2024. This adjustment, according to Professor Ogbulu, is due to unforeseen circumstances and aims to ensure a more organized and effective examination process.
