Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Appoints Acting Rector

The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has announced the approval for the outgoing Rector, Dr. Moses C. Umobong, to hand over leadership to the Deputy Rector, Dr. Akanimo E. Jonah, who will serve as Acting Rector.

The handover follows the completion of Dr. Umobong’s second term in office. The Polytechnic community, including staff and students, has been advised to extend full cooperation to the Acting Rector in the performance of his duties.

The Office of the Registrar emphasized that the notice should be widely circulated within the Polytechnic to ensure that all members of the institution are informed.
