Anchor University Launches Law Programme for 2023/24 Session with CLE Approval

In a significant stride towards academic expansion, Anchor University has officially commenced admissions into its Law Faculty for the 2023/24 session. The Council of Legal Education (CLE) granted approval for the institution to run the degree programme, marking a momentous occasion for the university.

Bandele expressed gratitude for the commendation received from the Council of Legal Education, acknowledging the school's commitment to providing substantial resources for the establishment of the Faculty of Law. The commendation recognized the quality of facilities, the serene environment, and the caliber of personnel engaged by the university.
The Director-General of CLE, Prof. Isa Hayatu Chiroma, led the team to the AUL campus and expressed confidence in the effective running of the Law programme for the next five years, praising the quality of facilities in place.

The VC assured that priority would be given to students who selected AUL as their first choice in Law, with consideration also given to old students seeking to change to the Law department, provided they meet the admission requirements.
Additionally, Prof. Samuel Oye Bandele unveiled the university's innovative medical and engineering programs in collaboration with overseas universities. He detailed plans for medical students to spend two years in Nursing at Anchor University and complete their medicine course at Dominican University. Similarly, students interested in Computer Engineering will spend two years in Computer Science at Anchor University and complete their program at the University of Poland.
