Borno State University Vice-Chancellor Leads Team to TETFUND Strategic Engagement

Professor Babagana Gutti, the Vice-Chancellor of Borno State University, recently attended a strategic interactive engagement with heads of TETFUND beneficiary institutions in Abuja. This event aimed to address key challenges in the education sector and align institutions with TETFUND goals.

Professor Babagana Gutti, the Vice-Chancellor of Borno State University (BOSU), recently attended a strategic interactive engagement with heads of TETFUND beneficiary institutions in Abuja. The event, held at the TETFUND Auditorium, aimed to align institutions with TETFUND goals and address key challenges in the education sector.
Professor Gutti was accompanied by top BOSU officials, including Registrar Dr. Zanna M Kashim, Director of Academic Planning Dr. Muhammed Musa, and Director of Works and Physical Planning Engr Muhammed Habib. Other attendees included Bursar Mohammed Kolomi, Desk Officer Workshops TETFUND Abubakar Umar, ICT Coordinator Abubakar Abubakar, and Engr Abdulrazar Ngulde.
The engagement was chaired by TETFUND Chairman Board of Trustees Rt Hon. Aminu Bello Masari, Executive Secretary of TETFUND Arc. Sonny Echono, and Chairman Committee of Pro-Chancellors. The Acting Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission, Chris Maiyaki, and other members of the Board of Trustees also attended.
Key objectives of the engagement included:

  • Addressing Key Challenges: Identifying and addressing pressing issues in the education sector.
