In an invigorating display of forward-thinking leadership, Ojukwu University (COOU) recently convened an impactful onboarding session aimed at galvanizing its new Heads of Departments, Deans, and Directors of programs. Led by the dynamic Ag. Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kate Azuka Omenugha, fnipr, the event bore the theme "Charting the Future for Team Building and Value Creation."
With an impassioned call for alignment with the university's vision and shared values, Prof. Omenugha emphasized the transformative potential of passion in nurturing social capital and driving extraordinary growth.
