Delta State Gov Allocates N1bn to Boost Delta State University's Health Project

The Delta State Government has released over N1 billion for the College of Health Sciences project at Delta State University of Science and Technology (DSUST), Ozoro. This announcement was made by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori during the inauguration of the first phase of the Emevor-Orogun road project in Isoko North Local Government Area.
Governor Oborevwori expressed gratitude to his predecessor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, for initiating the project. He assured that the College of Health Sciences project will be completed by October this year.

He also highlighted the completion of the 4.04km Emevor-Orogun road's first phase, with 5.555km of accompanying side drains, and announced approval for the second phase of the road project.

Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko and Hon. Bernard Odior thanked the Governor for his efforts in the Isoko region and the establishment of the College of Health Technology at Ovrode.
The State Commissioner for Works, Mr. Charles Aniagwu, commended the contractor for the timely and quality completion of the project, noting that the completion of the entire road to Orogun would significantly benefit the local community.
